I
Sir,
With reference to your memorandum (53531/36/38) of the
18th instant addressed to the Chief Passport Officer
regarding Mr. Arcady Feodorovitch Tsepiloff, I am directed
by Secretary Sir Samuel Hoare to say, for the information
of Mr. Secretary MacDonald, that there is no objection to
the grant of a visa for a visit of six months provided the
validity of Mr. Tsepiloff's travel document amply covers
this period.
I am,
Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
The Under Secretary of State,
COLONIAL
OFFICE.
